School Social Workers address barriers to learning, including assisting families with access to resources in the community.  These may include mental health supports, parenting groups, parent trainings, assistance with food, utilities, clothing, and school supplies.  School Social Workers address these needs through a collaboration with community supports, including faith based organizations, non-profit agencies, and area businesses.  Over 1000 resources are included in the CCSD Community Resource Database below.
